R7 16AL Inscribable isn't possible, they nerfed R7's right before Nightfall came out. Just helping out

And there is no actual proof that max r7 items were "nerfed" that is all just stuff everyone goes around saying. They have always been super rare. I have never seen a r7 16al INSCRIPTION item though - but there is no proof that Tyrian or Factions items could still be max r7.
